What exactly is included in Real Estate Agent Pro Suite?

The suite includes 500+ templates, tools, scripts, and calculators organized across 12 categories: listing presentations, buyer consultations, CMA templates, market reports, prospecting scripts, objection handlers, email sequences, transaction checklists, investment calculators, legal templates, social media templates, and business planning frameworks. All content is immediately downloadable in the relevant format (Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, or Google Slides).

Is the content updated regularly?

Yes — we add new resources every month. Monthly members and annual members get access to all new content as it’s added. Lifetime members receive all updates permanently. We prioritize additions based on member feedback and market changes.

Are these resources suitable for new agents?

Absolutely. Many of our most-used resources are specifically designed for newer agents who haven’t yet built their own systems. The scripts, presentation templates, and buyer/seller consultation frameworks are particularly popular with agents in their first 1–3 years. Experienced agents tend to use the investment tools and advanced prospecting resources most frequently.

Membership & Access

How do I access content after joining?

After joining, you receive a member login to the resource library. All resources are organized by category and searchable by keyword. Downloads are immediate and unlimited — no request queue, no per-download fees.

Can I share my membership with my team?

Monthly and annual plans are single-user licenses. Lifetime plans include team sharing for up to 3 agents. For larger teams or brokerages, contact us for group licensing rates.

Can I cancel my membership?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with no penalty — you keep access through the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled before renewal. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no ongoing commitment.

Content & Customization

Can I customize the templates for my brand?

Yes — all templates are fully editable. Word and PowerPoint files can be modified directly. We also provide Google Docs and Google Slides versions for members who prefer cloud-based editing. You can add your logo, contact information, branding colors, and any market-specific content.

Are the scripts suitable for my state?

The scripts are written to be state-agnostic — they cover objection handling, rapport building, and conversion frameworks that work across all markets. Legal templates include notes indicating where state-specific language may be required, and we recommend having any legally binding documents reviewed by your state’s association or a real estate attorney.
