Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of realestateagentprosuite.com and related services (“Service”) operated by Real Estate Agent Pro Suite. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, notify us of unauthorized access, and take responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Membership and Payments

• Real Estate Agent Pro Suite offers a recurring membership (currently $47/month) providing access to templates, tools, and resources for real estate professionals.
• Prices in USD unless noted; may change with advance notice to active members.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• All sales subject to acceptance; we may cancel or refuse orders.
• Applicable taxes may apply at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation stops future billing. Access to templates, tools, and resources continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Because purchased templates and digital resources are delivered electronically and immediately accessible upon payment, fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — templates, tools, guides, text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials — is the property of Real Estate Agent Pro Suite or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. An active membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates and tools in your own real estate business; you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your account access or downloaded materials with non-members.

6. User Content

If you submit content (such as reviews or comments), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove user content that violates these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; transmit viruses or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; use bots or scrapers without written permission; misrepresent your identity; share your membership login or purchased materials with non-members; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control or endorse them, and your use is at your own risk under their terms.

9. Disclaimers

Content, templates, and tools are provided for general business and informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, brokerage, or professional advice. Real estate professionals remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate Agent Pro Suite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Agent Pro Suite and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Texas.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms and will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
